About the Class

Students will learn to sing as an ensemble and work collaboratively to bring a piece of music to life. In this class, we will cultivate singing skills such as reading and interpreting music, singing expressively and knowledgeably, and using more advanced vocal techniques.

Students will learn 4 part harmonies and pieces of various genres and styles, including pieces in other languages.

Homework will be practice time (preferably 20-30 minutes a day, 4 to 5 times a week) and practice tracks will be provided. We will be working towards a concert at the end of each semester. No prior experience is needed.
