Grades 3-6 get the opportunity to learn to play the violin in a group class setting. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Homework includes weekly practice on instrument: 3-4 times a week for 15 minutes per practice time. Students will learn to read music notation, and will perform at the Spring Showcase in May. We will also learn about important composers and hymns.

***It is recommended to get a rental or purchase of a violin lined up in August or earlier to be sure to have the violin in hand by September.
