About Lisa

Hello, Families! I'm excited to be a part of continuing our Journey student's geography experience.  I consider myself a lifelong learner and look forward to discovering more of our world alongside my students. Hudson has been my home for 14 years.  I have been a part of homeschooling co-ops for over a decade and a half. I have loved homeschooling my own 4 children and one my greatest joys is raising them while teaching them how to recognize the Lord's blessing in their lives. I enjoy cooking ethnic and diverse foods, gardening, and spending time outdoors doing whatever is in season with my family. I hope to bring my enthusiasm for discovery and missions into the classroom as we Gallop the Globe, Canter the Country, and Map the World by Heart together! I look forward to my twelfth year of teaching at The Journey Homeschool Group and the joy of sharing the amazing gift of this world that God gave us. Our world is so much more than a map!
