About Eva
Eva Opseth - Choir: MS/HS + Private Vocal Lessons
I’m excited to be teaching MS/HS choir and voice lessons a second year at Journey! I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance and have over 10 years of vocal training. My professional experience includes years of performing on larger stages (such as University of Wisconsin River Falls and Orchestra Hall), 4 years of teaching in schools and a professional children’s choir and 3 years of teaching private voice and piano lessons. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, Zachary, or finding new parks and coffee shops to explore with my friends and family. Music has been my passion ever since I was old enough to sing and I am so excited to make a “joyful noise” with students! My class goals are to 1) foster a love for singing that will grow your child in confidence, 2) instill musical knowledge and technical skills, 3) give your child a tool to use to glorify God, to draw close to God, and to bless others.
