This class will be teaching healthy and fun movement! During this class, I will be providing students with opportunities to learn team aspects such as leadership, teamwork and losing/winning gracefully, listening skills and how to healthily expel our extra energy!  Some of the games we will be playing are Four Corners, Dodgeball, Relay Races, Whiffle Ball and so much more!
